This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the BeautyMax mobile application.
BeautyMax is published and distributed by WSSN d.o.o. For store listing, distribution, and limited business administration purposes, WSSN d.o.o. may process limited information strictly as required for publication, compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, and communications relating to distribution of the app.
The BeautyMax application, backend infrastructure, AI features, account systems, and user-facing services are developed and operated by Jurij Kirm ("Developer"). Except where this Policy expressly states that WSSN d.o.o. handles a specific category of data for its own purposes, the Developer is the party responsible for the operation of the app and for the processing of personal data required to provide BeautyMax features.

WSSN d.o.o. may use limited data only where reasonably necessary for publication, distribution, business administration, legal compliance, protection of legal rights, fraud prevention, or responding to marketplace, payment, or regulatory matters.
The Developer may use third-party service providers to operate BeautyMax, including providers for AI processing, cloud hosting, authentication, subscriptions, crash reporting, and communications.

WSSN d.o.o. is not the provider of BeautyMax's beauty analysis logic, AI scoring logic, coaching content, image-generation outputs, or day-to-day app operations. WSSN d.o.o. acts as publisher/distributor only, except to the extent it must process limited information in connection with publication, compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or protection of its legal interests.
The Developer retains personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce contractual rights.
Photos submitted for analysis are sent directly from your device to third-party AI services and are never stored on or accessible to the Developer's servers.
WSSN d.o.o. may retain limited business and compliance records for as long as required under applicable law or as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal data.

For publication, legal, or distributor-related matters involving WSSN d.o.o., you may contact support@weisseisen.com.
You may delete your account within the app. Account deletion affects the data held for app operation by the Developer, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Deletion of an account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable app marketplace account settings.
BeautyMax is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data in violation of this restriction, contact the Developer immediately at support@weisseisen.com.
BeautyMax may rely on service providers located in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be made available on this page and identified by its effective date.
