These Terms govern access to and use of the BeautyMax mobile application.
BeautyMax is published by WSSN d.o.o. and developed and operated by Jurij Kirm (the "Developer").
For the purposes of app functionality, user accounts, subscriptions inside the app, AI-generated outputs, and user-facing services, your contractual relationship for use of the BeautyMax service is primarily with the Developer, except where WSSN d.o.o. must act in its own capacity as publisher, distributor, rights holder, or compliance contact.
BeautyMax is an AI-assisted beauty, style, and appearance-related application. The app may provide scores, comments, lookalike comparisons, coaching suggestions, routines, generated previews, or other algorithmic outputs.
All outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
BeautyMax does not provide medical advice, dermatological diagnosis, psychological advice, licensed cosmetic consultation, or any guarantee of objective or scientifically valid attractiveness assessment.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with required parental or guardian permission.
You may need to create an account using supported sign-in methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You may upload only content you have the legal right to use. You must not upload images of another person without appropriate consent and legal basis.
By submitting photos or other content, you grant the Developer a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to transmit that content to third-party AI services solely as necessary to provide the app's features. The Developer does not store or have access to your submitted photos.
If the app offers paid features, billing is handled through the applicable app marketplace, such as Apple's App Store. Subscription renewals, billing timing, cancellation mechanics, and refund handling are governed by that marketplace's rules and your marketplace account terms.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, refund decisions for marketplace purchases are handled by the marketplace payment provider, not by WSSN d.o.o.

The Developer or WSSN d.o.o. may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the app, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect users or third parties.
BeautyMax relies on automated systems and artificial intelligence. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, biased, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must not rely on BeautyMax as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Any decisions you make based on app output are your own responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neither the Developer nor WSSN d.o.o. guarantees uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific outcomes, or the accuracy of any output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The app may depend on third-party services, including AI providers, cloud infrastructure providers, authentication providers, subscription infrastructure, and app marketplace operators. Availability and performance may depend on those third parties, and neither WSSN d.o.o. nor the Developer is responsible for third-party outages or policy decisions beyond their reasonable control.
All rights in the app, excluding user-submitted content and third-party materials, remain with the relevant rights holders.
WSSN d.o.o. may hold publication, distribution, branding, or marketplace-related rights. The Developer and/or other relevant rights holders may hold rights in the software, backend systems, prompts, features, design elements, and operational content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WSSN d.o.o. and the Developer from claims arising from your unlawful use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
The Developer or WSSN d.o.o. may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time where reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical, business, or abuse-prevention reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you continue to benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
